Steps to Apply for a Transfer Certificate:
1. Application Submission: Parents or guardians must submit a formal application to the school administration requesting the transfer certificate. The application should include the reason for transfer and any relevant details.
2. Clearance Process: Before issuing the TC, all outstanding fees, dues, and library books must be cleared. The student’s academic records will be reviewed, and if applicable, any pending assignments or assessments should be completed.
3. Document Review: The school administration will process the request and verify all required documents. This includes the student’s admission records, academic history, and other pertinent information.
4. Issuance of the Transfer Certificate: Upon successful completion of the process, the transfer certificate will be issued. This document will be handed over to the parent or guardian, and the student’s records will be updated accordingly.
